If you need to visit our pharmacy to collect your repeats for regular medication , think about leaving your repeats on file at the pharmacy. You can then phone us and order the medication you require.
We can prepare your prescriptions and they will be ready for you when you call in (please allow a few hours in case we are busy).
This way you only need to visit the pharmacy once and you won’t have to wait around for too long.
Remember that we prefer tap and go cards for payment and if you have any questions about your medication, please ask the pharmacist via the phone or when you are collecting your prescriptions.

Given the current public health situation with COVID-19, we have put some extra precautions in place to try and protect our customers and team. We are dispensing more prescriptions than normal so you may be asked to return in an hour or two to collect your prescriptions. Our pharmacists will always dispense your prescriptions safely and responsibly, rushing under pressure can lead to mistakes, so it might take some time to reach your prescription in the queue.
Let’s all be mindful of each other, stay calm, and be cautious, but minimise fear and panic.
Our community has always been wonderful and we are proud to be a part of the Eden Rise community and helping people, from babies up to the older generation.

Last week we celebrated International Women’s Day so we’d like to give a public shout out to all the wonderful ladies who make up our team.
These women come from different backgrounds and all have different experiences, but everyday they come together to help people in our community.
We are so proud of our team, and would like to say THANK YOU for everything they do.
