Jaki started working with us at Berwick Pharmacy in 2009, and took on the additional responsibilities of Eden Rise Pharmacy in 2012. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at Myer Knox City as part of the beauty team.


Jaki has a passion for beauty and retail and providing the best customer service possible to every single customer. She loves helping customers find the right solution for their needs, and making their shopping experience memorable for all the right reasons. She admits that every day provides different challenges, but loves the connections she is able to make with customers and staff.


Jaki keeps busy by reading, going for long walks, and spending time with her grandchildren. Sitting in the sun with a beer and a burger is her idea of heaven.
