Stav graduated from Monash University in 2001. She has worked as a hospital pharmacist at Monash Health for over 20 years, with most of this time spent providing medicine and health advice to people living with HIV. In addition to this, Stav is a partner at Berwick Pharmacy and Eden Rise Pharmacy.


Her special interest is healthy ageing and has a passion for helping people optimise their health with medicine and whole health solutions, so that people can stay well for longer.


Stav loves to move her body (for mind, heart and bone benefits) and enjoys travelling to new destinations as well as returning to Greece, which is a family favourite.
